About Me

My name is Jose Hernandez-Yepez. I am currently finishing up my fellowship at Tech Impact as a Front-End Developer. I am a recent graduate from NYU, with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science.

I’m always learning, and enjoy picking up new skills to have the necessary skills for future projects. I am currently learning Angular through a project, and completed the Google IT Support Professional Certificate last year. In the past year, I’ve learned Svelte, Tableau, Spring Boot, and Supabase, just to name a few skills.

I enjoy volunteering to help communities that I can learn more about while also bettering my programming and software development skills. It allows me to see new perspectives on my work by collaborating with others through remote opportunities.

Besides my professional life, I enjoy pop music and video/board games, with a growing collection in both!
